UV DTF Prints for Easter Buckets

What is UV DTF?

Ultraviolet (UV) DTF Printing refers to a new printing method that uses ultraviolet curing technology to create designs on films. These designs can then be transferred onto hard and irregular-shaped objects and then peeling off the transfer film.

Dimensions: between 7cm to 10.8cm in height, depending on design
Monogram designs will have a 2cm gap for you to add a name using adhesive vinyl.

Instructions for applying UV DTF prints:

1. Use a squeegee or scraper and firmly scrape the front and back of the UV DTF print to make sure the print has adhered to the transfer film
2. Clean your blank substrate with isopropyl alcohol
3. Slowly peel off backing from the transfer film. If the print has not adhered properly, repeat step 1.
4. Position the print on your blank substrate – please ensure you position it properly as the print cannot be moved/ removed once applied
5. Use a vinyl squeegee or scraper to scrape over the print to remove all air bubbles
6. Gently peel off the transfer film

Care instructions:

1. Hand wash only, do not soak or put in the dishwasher
2. Let the UV DTF print cure for a minimum of 48 hours before using
